We process: identification data (name, date of birth), contact data (email, phone, address), payment data, membership and booking history, and any health information you voluntarily share for your safety during classes.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to perform our contract (bookings, membership, payment), for customer management, to meet legal obligations (accounting) and - with your consent - for targeted communication.
4. Retention period
Personal data is kept no longer than necessary: customer data up to 5 years after the end of your membership; accounting data for 7 years (legal requirement).
5. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with processors (booking software, payment provider, accountant) who are contractually bound to confidentiality. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
