1. Company
Form. BVBA, with registered office at Fortuinstraat 84, 2800 Mechelen, registered under company number BE 0692.795.180 (hereinafter "form.").
2. Scope
These terms apply to all sign-ups, memberships, classes and services offered by form. By making a booking or purchase, the customer accepts these terms.
3. Membership and bookings
Memberships and credits are personal and non-transferable. A booked class can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the start; after that, the class will be charged.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made in advance via the offered methods, or by monthly direct debit. In case of non-payment, access may be refused.
5. Liability
Participation in our activities is at your own risk. The customer declares to be in good health. form. is not liable for theft, loss or injury, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, no right of withdrawal applies to services that have already begun with the customer's consent, nor to classes scheduled on a specific date.
7. Applicable law
This agreement is governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Mechelen division.
