Mat pilates

Our signature mat class. A full-body session built on classical pilates principles - core, breath, control - taught in small groups so every cue lands. Suitable for all levels, every level gets challenged.

Pre- & postnatal mat

A dedicated class for pregnancy and the months after birth. Safe, gentle and effective: we work on pelvic floor, core recovery, posture and the muscles you need to carry, lift and feel like yourself again. Guided by an instructor specialised in pre- and postnatal care.

FAQ

Do I need any pilates experience?

No. Every mat class is taught at multiple levels at once - your coach gives you options so beginners and experienced movers both get challenged.

What's the difference with reformer pilates?

Mat uses your body weight and breath - reformer adds a spring-loaded machine for extra resistance and support. Mat is the foundation; reformer is the next layer. Many of our members do both.

When can I start (and stop) the pre- and postnatal class?

You can join from the second trimester (with go-ahead from your doctor or midwife) and come back six weeks after a vaginal birth or eight weeks after a C-section - again, with medical clearance. We adapt every exercise to where your body is.

What do I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes and water. Mats are provided. Grip socks are recommended and available at the studio.
